Love’s radiant metaphor.
Pure blackness. The floor and curtains of the show created a border between the real and the imagined, clearly outlining the silhouettes of the models in the foreground, and inviting the viewer into an infinite reverie of hidden intentions, as Benji B’s carefully choreographed music and vocals slowly rose up to a dreamlike state. Black leather jackets with studs and eyelets, black, white and red pointy toe shoes and boots, and cool light and shadow create a surreal atmosphere.

Lucie and Luke Meier explore the series and the staging with a visionary outlook, as if the somber tones of the era were transformed into light, leading us to explore the brilliance that lies within. In the subversive space of free-breathing, shadows and bright colors merge seamlessly. Delicate floral prints blossom quietly on deep black dresses, trench coats or blouses; ribbons add texture to pristine cream gowns; feathers and foliage cry out in English wool tailoring. Sublimation of the ordinary is taken to the highest level, while retaining an unfinished burlap finish.

An aesthetic experience that touches the senses, with the Meier’s skillful choreography, the tension between opposing elements, different textures and the balance between the five senses is perceived and followed.
Gorgeous, dazzling and authentic, the outfits are a fusion of irreverent attitudes and sophisticated embellishments, revealing an urban style and mysterious nocturnal glamor. A tribute to the rebellious spirit of the New Wave era and an anti-conformist nostalgia for a free interpretation of tradition. Whatever inspires Lucie and Luke is transformed into a deep desire for beauty, glamour and elegance.
Long, silver or black sequinned fringes, hand-sewn onto knitted velvet, taffeta, silk straight and pleated dresses, and kilts for both men and women, are presented in an airy, sharp manner. The blue tailored wool coat and collar, embellished with black, are a luxurious touch. Hand-knitted alpaca and cashmere knitwear, either fitted or loose, is a masterpiece of artisanal finesse.

The collection is also presented in a wide range of bag creations: clutches, totes, shoppers and shoulder bags with adjustable straps. The different sizes and styles are complemented by sculptural textures and a distinctive avant-garde.
Rigor meets ingenuity in the construction of men’s jackets and coats. Studded belts, collars, zippers, and lace appliqués break the monotony and dullness of the garments themselves.
Silver, burgundy, solid red, lake blue and mauve are interspersed with accents that enrich the dominant colors of black, white and gray. The classic silhouettes of men’s and women’s clothing are carried through from dark to light, from solid to transparent, from matte to glossy. The darkness is gradually dispersed, where keen perception and high taste converge.
