CANALI Fall/Winter 2025 Tailored masterpieces, new realms of artisanship

The story of “Made in Italy” continues to move forward as CANALI talks to gentlemen around the world, presenting extraordinary dressmaking craftsmanship with a warm state of mind, and continuing the “gentleman’s quality” daily life from external style to lifestyle.

The CANALI Fall/Winter 2025 collection pays homage to Brianza, the birthplace of CANALI’s Italian spiritual roots, but also known for its high-end furniture manufacturing – from floor patterns and home textures to combinations of materials – and its spatial inspiration for fashion. -Spaces inspire fashion, and just as the leisurely lifestyle balances indoors and outdoors, the comfort and lightness of homewear is introduced to the gentleman’s outdoor closet. This season’s casual-formal style is presented through a mix of textures and details, incorporating the comfort and ease of home into a variety of pieces. The cinched waist belted coat has a sharp, robe-like line and the same soft texture as the reversible trench coat and lightweight suits. Knitwear and jackets are in Donegal tweed, a material often used in home furnishings such as sofa or pillow upholstery, while a diamond check pattern inspired by parquet floors is transformed into jacquard for utility pieces such as pullovers and scarves.

This season’s double-sided, unlined construction continues to embody the core of CANALI’s warmth and elegance, extending to shoes and accessories such as ties, scarves, hats, etc. CANALI’s mastery of tailoring is evident throughout the entire line, making the leather jackets in the Nuvola collection as soft as a cloud. Another key item, knitwear, echoes the theme of the home with its rich weave, and is available as underwear and outerwear.

Continuing this season’s inspiration, CANALI has teamed up with Italian home furnishing brand Molteni and its artistic director Vincent Van Duysen to customize three chairs in CANALI’s fall/winter fabrics – home furnishing aesthetics blended with men’s fashion, showcasing Italian craftsmanship.
